Lisanne Baks is a legal adviser at De Brauw’s corporate advisory group and the climate and sustainability expertise group. Her field of specialisation lies in the intersection between corporate law and sustainability/ESG. Her knowledge and experience span a broad range of areas, from sustainability reporting and value chain regulations to corporate governance and financial reporting. Lisanne regularly publishes on sustainability topics, including on the CSRD and the value chain obligations included in the CSDDD, and is co-author of a range of publications on sustainability reporting.
