About Beatrice Moyo

Beatrice Moyo of Mushoriwa Moyo has expertise in M&A, securities and corporate law as well as banking and finance law. She has structured and successfully negotiated a wide range of multifaceted finance transactions. She has also advised several clients on capital raising and has acted as a legal adviser for various local and international clients. Her clients range through financial institutions, capital markets participants, listed companies, major borrowers, SMEs and individuals. She sits as a non-executive director on several boards in Zimbabwe. Beatrice further has an interest in intellectual property law. She is an agent qualified to file locally and internationally in the Zimbabwe Industrial Property Office, and regionally in the African Regional Intellectual Property Organisation.
