About Farai Mushoriwa

Farai Mushoriwa is the founding and senior partner of Mushoriwa Moyo. With a deep understanding of international and local markets, he can navigate complex operations and craft practical and effective legal business solutions. He has a solid track record in banking and financial transaction law, M&A, oil, gas and mining law, energy law and tax law. He has advised on financing structures, infrastructure projects, inward investments, structuring and securitisation, and ESG reporting. He is presently a councillor of the Law Society of Zimbabwe. His clients include commercial banks, mining houses, government agencies and independent power producers.
