Janina Pietrowska is of counsel at Rechtsanwaltskanzlei Bergt und Partner AG. She is a crypto lawyer and an experienced adviser to blockchain projects, with over ten years of international legal consulting experience. Ms Pietrowska was one of the first lawyers to start supporting blockchain projects in Switzerland and Liechtenstein (since 2017). Her professional interest lies in supporting SDG-related Web3 projects; DAO structuring and DeFi; tokenisation and new financial instruments for RWA; tokenisation platforms and marketplaces; and crypto-exchanges and custodians.
