About Kazuhide Ueno

Kazuhide Ueno is a partner at TMI Associates who focuses his practice on commercial litigation and international arbitration, and regulatory investigations. He has handled disputes involving the sectors of industrial machinery, automobiles, energy, construction and medical equipment. He is particularly familiar with dealing with international mandatory laws (anti-competition, anti-corruption, export controls and financial sanctions, sovereign immunity) in international disputes. During his time as a deputy director at the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, he led trade disputes before the World Trade Organization.
