About Brian Sopp

Brian Sopp is of counsel in HunterMaclean’s Savannah office, where he focuses his practice on employment law. He is an experienced litigator who has successfully defended clients in state and federal courts, up to and including trial. Brian advises organisations regarding employment, benefits, and contract negotiations and disputes. His defence litigation background includes representing medical providers and institutions in medical malpractice, employment, and licensing matters in state and federal court and before state agencies. Brian has successfully represented insurers in federal court in ERISA benefits litigation.
