Alexandru Raț is a junior associate lawyer at Chiriţă şi Asociaţii, specialising in business law, civil law and insolvency proceedings, with extensive experience in TMT. Alexandru has a master’s degree in European and national business law and continues to specialise in emerging areas of law that combine technology, media and telecommunications. He advises clients on commercial and corporate law, contract law, insolvency and bankruptcy, both nationally and at European level, as well as advising on the implications the digital sector has for these areas of law.
