About Oana Chiriţă

Oana Chiriţă is Chiriţă şi Asociaţii’s founding partner and head of its consultancy and non-criminal dispute department. She has over 15 years of experience in TMT and represents major legal entities in this area. In 2025, she was a speaker on TMT-related topics at events such as the Legal Innovation Day 2025 Conference organised by Wolters Kluwer Romania, the HR Summit 2025 and the Youth Speaker Forum 2025. In the past year, she has focused on AI and has been certified as an Artificial Intelligence Compliance Professional for Europe (AICP-E) as well as having completed training in AI Contracting, EU Law and Global Perspective, a course organised by ERA – the Academy of European Law.
