About Andrew Warambo

Andrew Warambo is a partner in the tax practice at Dentons Hamilton Harrison & Mathews. He has over 15 years of experience in advising a range of Kenyan and overseas-based clients across all sectors with respect to complex Kenyan and international tax matters. He has acted for a diverse range of international and domestic clients with a focus on inward investment to developing economies, managing corporate tax compliance and tax dispute resolution. He is a member of the Law Society of Kenya Tax Committee for 2022-2024.
