Daniel Wanjau Muriu
is a partner at Dentons Hamilton Harrison & Mathews and has more than 25 years' wide-ranging experience in advising international and local clients on corporate law, M&A, regulatory and compliance matters, business set-up, competition law, data privacy and protection and ICT. He has a particular forte in advising on regulatory and compliance matters touching on the banking, insurance, capital markets, energy and oil & gas sectors and public procurement law. Daniel also heads the firm’s intellectual property practice and advises a wide range of multinational and local clients on the management and prosecution of their IP portfolios in Kenya.
