About Herbert Karanja

Herbert Karanja is an associate at Dentons Hamilton Harrison & Mathews. He is a member of the Corporate, Commercial and Real Estate departments. He advises on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters including real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, and legal and regulatory compliance. He supports the Real Estate department through assisting with research, due diligence, drafting agreements, and successful completion of large-scale conveyancing transactions. He is a member of the Law Society of Kenya.
