About Joseph Omwenga

Joseph Omwenga is a senior associate in the Corporate Commercial and Real Estate departments at Dentons Hamilton Harrison & Mathews. He has extensive experience in domestic and cross-border transactions and has provided, and continues to provide, comprehensive legal advice to a wide range of local, regional, and multinational clients on legal due diligence processes, deal structuring, drafting and negotiation of agreements. Joseph focuses on real estate (including retail, commercial, industrial, and residential leasing, and acquisitions), mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity, business set-up, regulatory compliance, infrastructure and PPPs. He is a member of the Law Society of Kenya.
