About June Lomaria

June Lomaria is an associate at Dentons Hamilton Harrison & Mathews. She is part of the Real Estate, Planning and Banking and Finance and Corporate departments. June has gained a wealth of experience in advising local and international clients in high-value transactions involving real estate, banking and finance, employment, public-private partnerships, mergers and acquisition and general corporate and commercial matters. She has also been instrumental in assisting successful completion of large-scale conveyancing transactions of large real estate developments. She is a member of the Law Society of Kenya.
