About Arthur Villamil

Arthur Villamil is the founding partner of Villamil Advogados. He is an attorney with over 20 years of experience in complex and high-value litigation. He holds a doctorate in public law from the Federal University of Minas Gerais and a master’s degree in economic law from the same university. He is the president of the Competition Law Committee of the Brazilian Bar Association, Minas Gerais section. He has served as a professor of economic law and consumer law at the Federal University of Minas Gerais and at Milton Campos Colleges. He is the author of book chapters and specialised legal articles. He is also a peer reviewer for the Commercial Law Journal of the Faculty of Law at the University of São Paulo – USP.
