About Vanik Avagyan

Vanik Avagyan is a senior lawyer at MB Legal, which he joined in June 2024, and has over six years of legal experience. He specialises in corporate law, intellectual property and judicial protection, advising companies on commercial documentation, corporate structuring and the treatment of intangible assets in commercial transactions. He has also acted as an arbitrator in civil, administrative and bankruptcy matters. Vanik graduated from the Armenian-Russian University, holds a master’s degree from the Academy of Public Administration of Armenia, and continues his legal education at the RA Law Academy.
