About Debbie Fraser

Debbie Fraser is qualified to practise in Barbados and Jamaica and was a partner at a leading law firm in Jamaica practising securities law, copyright law and banking/corporate finance before relocating to Barbados. She then became a partner and head of the commercial department of a major law firm before starting Fraser Law in May 2021, concentrating on mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, energy law, securities law, secured lending, project finance and both international and domestic capital markets for debt financings. Debbie is a commissioner of the Financial Services Commission of Barbados and a director of a commercial bank.
