About Joanna M Austin

Joanna M Austin was called to the Bar in England and Wales and subsequently qualified to practise in Barbados. Her current areas of practice include mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, corporate restructurings, commercial advisory, capital markets and securities. Joanna is currently the first vice-president of the non-profit organisation BIBA and the Association for Global Business, and a director of Business Barbados – the body corporate responsible for the operations of the Companies Registry and intellectual property regulation in Barbados.
