About Makela Harrison-Yarde

Makela Harrison-Yarde joined Fraser Law in January of 2022 following her admission to the Bar of Barbados in October of 2021. Since joining Fraser Law, her practice has mainly focused on aspects of corporate and commercial law, including mergers and acquisition, securities law, contract law and intellectual property law. Makela holds a Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property Law from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus.
