About Dilara Kaymaz

Dilara Kaymaz is a senior associate in the M&A/PE department at Moral | Kınıkoğlu | Pamukkale | Kökenek. Her work focuses on either buy-side or sell-side M&A/PE transactions (both domestic and cross-border), corporate law, corporate governance, commercial law and dispute resolution (mainly focusing on post-M&A disputes and shareholder disputes/conflicts). Besides her transaction lawyer role, she also serves leading Turkish conglomerates on corporate governance projects to institute well-developed sustainability plans to family establishments and assists international clients during their company incorporation and compliance procedures in Turkey. Dilara Kaymaz graduated from Koç University School of Law.
