About Ghada Al Abdulwahab

Ghada Al Abdulwahab is a senior associate who advises clients on a broad range of matters, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, investment funds (both public and private), corporate governance and general corporate advisory. She previously worked at SNB Capital, the largest asset manager in the Kingdom, where she handled various matters including legal advisory and corporate secretarial work. She also worked at the Public Investment Fund, where she worked on a number of M&A transactions. Ghada graduated with honours from King Saud University.
