About Brian Barakat

Brian Barakat is a founding partner of Barakat + Bossa and a senior trial lawyer with more than 20 years of experience representing clients in complex real estate litigation. He focuses on high-stakes disputes involving commercial developments, joint ventures, partnership and ownership conflicts, fiduciary duty and fraud claims, landlord-tenant matters and distressed real estate, including foreclosures and workouts. Brian regularly serves as first-chair counsel in state and federal courts and is known for strategic, trial-ready advocacy aligned with business objectives.
