About Daniel Munera

Daniel Munera is an associate in DRET’s Negotiation, Arbitration and Litigation practice with experience representing clients in commercial, corporate and administrative law disputes. He has participated in high-value domestic and international arbitration proceedings, particularly in disputes involving the gas and energy sectors. He also has experience representing clients before the Colombian ordinary courts and administrative courts, as well as in matters involving the financial, banking and real estate sectors. His practice focuses on developing procedural strategies, handling complex disputes and resolving high-stakes controversies.
