Barbara Kiełtyka has been qualified since 1982 to represent business clients before all courts and administrative bodies in Poland, providing counsel and serving as a trustee and restructuring advisor. She provided legal advice on the management of imports and exports across the border with Ukraine for the Border Sanitary and Epidemiological Station, developed internal legal acts for the State Horticultural Enterprise in eastern Poland, prepared tenders for agricultural machinery, seeds and plant protection products for the State Agricultural Enterprise in Medyka (bordering Ukraine), handled court and administrative disputes for the Provincial Union of Agricultural Production Cooperatives and provided permanent corporate services and handled court disputes for the Municipal Heating Company.
