About Jakub Gładkowski

Jakub Gładkowski is a managing partner at Kieltyka Gladkowski KG Legal, qualifying as an attorney in 2013 and having the right of representation before all courts in Poland. He was admitted to the Bar in Krakow and has a private detective licence. Jakub is a member of the Life Science Cluster and vice-chair of the Life Science Committee at the American Bar Association (ILS), serving as an auditor of BioLaw Europe. He obtained an LLM from Freie University (FU Berlin). Recent cases involved the transfer of technology from a Polish medical company to a US special purpose vehicle and advising a global distributor of medicinal products and chemicals on clinical trials regulation.
