About Iris Arts

Iris Arts is part of La Gro's IP and technology team and its healthcare and life sciences sector group. She specialises in patent law, and gained valuable experience working in a major academic hospital before going into practice. Iris excels at analysing and resolving complex legal issues, and tackles a wide range of intricate matters, including second medical use patents, the application of the concept of plausibility and SPC-related matters. She has extensive knowledge of UPC case law and is a member of the Young Members Committee of LES Benelux.
