About Nikolaj Juhl Hansen

Nikolaj Juhl Hansen is a partner and lawyer at DreistStorgaard. Nikolaj has an international focus and his primary practice areas include M&A, corporate law, financial transactions, commercial contracts and international project management. Nikolaj holds a Master of Law degree from Copenhagen University. Nikolaj has practised internationally focused corporate and commercial law for more than 20 years, having worked for Danish law firms such as Kromann Reumert, London-based Travers Smith, Eversheds Sutherland’s Copenhagen office and most recently Nordic/Baltic law firm Magnusson. Nikolaj represents DreistStorgaard as a member and business partner at several organisations and networks such as Tech Nordic Advocates, Nordic Blockchain, Danish-Chinese Business Forum, Invest In Denmark and more.
