About Anna Kapteijn

Anna Kapteijn is a real estate lawyer and counsel at HabrakenRutten with a decade of experience in construction and project development, renewable energy, project financing and procurement law. Since 2016 she has combined her legal practice with doctoral research at the University of Amsterdam, focusing on allocation of risk and co-operation between parties in integrated construction contracts. Anna also teaches master’s courses in procurement law, contract law and construction law. She previously worked as a lawyer in the projects and real estate team at Allen & Overy and the construction law team at Stibbe.
