About Tarja Wist

Tarja Wist is the founding partner of Wist Attorneys. In her 35 years’ career, she has advised several international and domestic banks, finance companies, investors and corporations in various finance and capital markets transactions, including syndicated lending, secured and asset-based financing, securitisation and debt and equity issuances. Alongside her private practice, Ms Wist has served as a director of a listed Finnish bank and participated in legislative work as a member of several legislative working groups. She is a former chair of the Specialist Group for Finance and Capital Markets Law of the Finnish Bar Association and a former co-chair of the Banking Law Committee of the International Bar Association.
