About Karl Tanti

Karl Tanti is a managing associate at AE Legal. He earned his Doctor of Law degree (LLD), defending his thesis on the implementation of the Takeover Bids Directive in Malta and other EU member states. He was admitted to the Maltese Bar in March 2015. Karl now heads the firm’s corporate and commercial department, which primarily advises local and foreign clients on several issues in connection with corporate and company law, intellectual property as well as general commercial law. He regularly handles civil, commercial, and company law cases before the Maltese courts. Karl is a member of the Chamber of Advocates and is affiliated with MultiLaw, Gala Law, and IR Global.
