About Kris Scicluna

Kris Scicluna earned his law degree from the University of Malta in 2010 and was admitted to the Maltese Bar in March 2011. He joined AE Legal in 2012 and became a partner in 2018. Kris specialises in commercial law, offering counsel to international firms, with a primary focus on dispute resolution and litigation. As the firm’s litigation partner, Kris leads a team experienced in litigation, commercial disputes, and civil law. He has handled cases involving online entities and closely tracks the evolving legal framework for virtual financial assets in Malta and other regions. Kris is a member of the Chamber of Advocates and is affiliated with MultiLaw, Gala Law, and IR Global.
