About Sean Cutajar

Sean Cutajar is an associate at AE Legal. He joined the firm in 2023 following over a decade in government service as a research analyst and manager. His role entailed co-ordination between Malta’s Permanent Representation in Europe and various Ministries locally, particularly in the realm of foreign affairs, trade and defence, even during Malta’s EU Presidency in 2017. Sean’s extensive background in European and Foreign Affairs complements his current legal focus areas, which include advertising law, commercial law, property law, and employment law. At AE Legal, Sean is a member of the litigation department, where his primary focus revolves around rent regulation and property law.
