About Raquel Yannone

Raquel Yannone joined the real estate practice area at Uría Menéndez in 2014 and she was made senior associate of the firm in 2022. Raquel has wide-ranging experience advising clients in corporate real estate and financing matters. In her professional practice, she is experienced in advising both national and foreign companies in real estate transactions. In 2021, she moved to the banking and finance practice, where she is focused on advising both banks and companies with regard to project finance, non-performing loans and real estate assets, and sale and purchase transactions.
