About David Tien

David Tien is a partner at Lee and Li and a member of the corporate investment, M&A and life sciences practice groups. He focuses on foreign direct investment, M&A, venture capital/private equity financings, private investment funds, securities laws, and food and healthcare regulations. David has substantial experience in the FMCG, hi-tech, life sciences/biotech and energy sectors. He also represents leading investment managers based in Taiwan or in the Asia-Pacific region on fund formation matters, and advises start-up companies throughout their corporate lifecycle. David is dual-qualified in Taiwan and New York.
