About Sarah Wu

Sarah Wu is a partner at Lee & Li who is recognised internationally as an experienced banking and finance attorney. She specialises in project finance and acquisition finance deals involving international clients, and has advised on numerous infrastructure project finance cases, including independent power plants and Taiwan High Speed Rail, with a special focus on renewable energy. She advises PE funds and foreign/domestic banks on acquisition finance in cross-border M&A deals, and foreign/domestic financial institutions and Taiwanese entities on corporate and structured finance. In capital markets, Sarah advises foreign entities on various IPO/TDR/SPO offerings in Taiwan, and assists SMEs, start-ups and financial institutions with M&A transactions.
