About Sindy Wong

Sindy Wong is a consultant at Rita Ku & Ser, where she specialises in both family law and private client management. She has extensive experience in all aspects of family law, including divorce, nuptial agreements, children, forum issues, adoption, surrogacy, and financial matters. Sindy enjoyed five years as a family governance specialist with a prominent global bank in Hong Kong, working closely with prominent families in Asia on their succession planning needs. This included developing bespoke solutions involving family and corporate governance, as well as developing and implementing family constitutions – with a view to helping families perpetuate their legacy from generation to generation.
