About Filip Brach

Filip Brach is a counsel at PwC Legal. His major areas of expertise are investment funds, corporate reorganisation, private clients and succession planning, cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures. Filip’s past experience in the investment funds area includes: setting up tailor-made investment funds for clients from the real estate and finance sectors, a comprehensive restructuring of an investment fund’s assets, designing new portfolio structures of investment funds and their implementation, advising loan companies on securitisation investment funds, and implementing new international holdings and corporate structures including closed-end investment funds.
