Konrad Frąckowiak is a counsel in PwC Legal. He specialises in AML, outsourcing, and capital markets law. Konrad has experience in regulatory advisory for financial institutions and entities related to the financial market. He has advised numerous entities on the implementation of PSD2, AML IV–V regulations, as well as recommendations and guidelines published by the FATF, ESMA, and EBA, including in the fields of capital markets, AML, ESG, and outsourcing.
