About Jakub Derulski

Jakub Derulski is an advocate, counsel and manager in PwC Legal’s banking and finance department with over eight years of experience in advising financial institutions. He specialises in regulatory issues associated with fintech, regtech and suptech, including proceedings before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, and advises on innovative solutions in the financial industry as well as the implementation of new regulations promoting fintech (AI, PSD2). Jakub has advised start-ups and VC funds on obtaining a Polish Financial Supervision Authority licence and acquiring funding. He has also worked on transactions in the financial sector. He is a member of the artificial intelligence working group in the Chancellery of the Prime Minister.
