About Amr Hammad

Amr Hammad is a partner at GLA & Company, who regularly provides legal and litigation advice on issues across multiple jurisdictions. Prior to joining GLA, he served as a general counsel for an investment bank and a major Saudi holding company with more than SAR1 billion in capital. He also worked as a legal counsel at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP (Blakes) offices in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. While at Blakes, Amr advised on companies and capital market laws, foreign direct investments, and construction disputes in front of various arbitration panels. Amr has authored writings on technology transfer and electronic signatures.
