Hegui Taha is a partner at GLA & Company. Hegui has more than 16 years’ experience and specialises in corporate, M&A, capital market, civil, commercial, and employment law. He has participated in major transactions, IPOs, and private placements with a significant number of clients. Hegui conducted various due diligence and drafting of the relevant transaction documents, and has drafted numerous types of agreements. He assists clients with day-to-day corporate matters, and he helps handle Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs).
