Omar Halbouni is an associate at GLA & Co, where he works closely with the firm’s GCC-focused M&A, Private Equity, Capital Markets and Finance teams. He has advised both private and public companies, ranging from early-stage start-ups to Fortune 500 corporations, as well as royal family offices across the GCC. Prior to joining the firm, Omar gained valuable experience practising at an international law firm in North America.
