About Maha El Meihy

Maha El Meihy is a legal director at GLA & Company. Maha has over eight years of experience and practises as an M&A and corporate commercial attorney at Matouk Bassiouny & Hennawy in the Cairo office. Maha’s previous experience includes: negotiating and drafting share and asset purchase agreements and related disclosure schedules, conducting due diligence on various group companies in many industries, particularly in healthcare, hospitality, pharmaceuticals, and food and beverages. Maha also has experience in drafting various types of contracts including confidentiality agreements, and non-competition and non-solicitation agreements amongst other commercial agreements.
