About Will Shaw

Will Shaw is a partner in the environmental and regulatory group at Lawson Lundell. His practice focuses on environmental, public utility and regulatory law, and he has assisted proponents of mining, energy and infrastructure projects to navigate the environmental assessment process. He also assists clients in developing and implementing environmental compliance programmes in regulated areas. He has worked on due diligence with respect to potential environmental liabilities in major corporate transactions, and has represented defendants in regulatory enforcement matters ranging from environmental offences and occupational health and safety matters to the sale of restricted products.
