About Nour Abdel-Rahman

Nour Abdel-Rahman obtained a double LL. B degree from Sorbonne University and Cairo University, and a Master’s degree in International Business Law and International Arbitration from the Sorbonne University. Prior to joining Shehata & Partners, Nour interned at several top-tier firms in Egypt, where she was able to work in multiple legal disciplines including corporate restructuring, corporate advisory and start-ups, as well as employment and arbitration. She has exceptional legal research skills in various areas. such as intellectual property, civil law and corporate law. She focuses her practice on venture capital and the fintech industries.
