About Salah Mohamed

Salah Mohamed recently joined Shehata & Partners as an associate. Salah was previously an intern at several top-tier law firms in Egypt. Furthermore, he was the first Egyptian law student to be chosen by Google LLC to participate in Google EMEA’s Legal Summer Institute. He was also ranked in the top three in the JESSUP competition and participated in different moot court competitions nationally and internationally. Salah is currently actively involved in reviewing and drafting different types of legal contracts, including but not limited to SAFEs, convertible notes, shareholder agreements, term sheets, and employment matters.
