IJsbrand Uljée
graduated in tax law from the University of Groningen in 2011, and has been working as a tax adviser in the international tax practice since 2012. Prior to BUREN, he was employed by one of the “big four” firms and at an international tax boutique firm. IJsbrand advises clients on the Dutch tax aspects of domestic and international transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring of investments and debt. He is a member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers.
