About Suzan van de Kam

Suzan van de Kam obtained her degree in Dutch law from Radboud University Nijmegen and completed the Grotius specialisation course on employment law. She joined BUREN in 1999 and is now a partner at the firm. Suzan advises on the full spectrum of complex employment issues, including litigation and dispute resolution, European works councils and unions, and the employment aspects of all types of corporate transactions. She advises and represents national and international companies on dismissals, collective dismissals, reorganisations, outsourcing, downsizing, national and European co-determination, health and safety, and other topics. Suzan is a member of the Dutch Employment Law Association (VAAN) and The Hague chapter of the Employment Law Association (VHA).
