About Philip ter Burg

Philip ter Burg completed his studies in Dutch business law at Leiden University in 1988 and received an LLM in international business law from Queen Mary College, University of London, in 1989. He specialises in international trade, intellectual property, and litigation, and has a wealth of experience in international litigation, representing companies with regard to distribution and agency agreements. Philip is a partner at BUREN and a member of the IBA, the Dutch Transport Law Association, and the Corporate Litigation Association, and a former board member of the international trade chapter of the Dutch Bar Association.
