Guy Mbenda is a tax advisor and senior associate at Amadagana & Partners. He is a member of the National Order of Tax Consultants of Cameroon. He advises on tax issues, corporate transactions, financial restructuring, due diligence of projects and concessions in the mining sector. He has conducted several due diligence reviews for companies seeking to acquire mining concessions, including environmental and regulatory permitting, land title issues, mining titles, royalty obligations and all matters relating to mining operations. He also participates in negotiations with governmental entities for mine acquisition agreements.
