About Elise Ngo Nyobe

Elise Ngo Nyobe is a partner at Amadagana & Partners and a member of the Cameroon Bar. She advises clients on corporate law, banking and finance, project finance, public-private partnerships and investment transactions across several OHADA jurisdictions. Prior to joining A&P, she worked with PwC Tax & Legal Afrique Francophone, where she developed significant experience in corporate and transactional matters. Elise regularly assists international investors, financial institutions and project sponsors in the structuring and implementation of large-scale projects in the energy, mining and infrastructure sectors.
