About Elise Ngo Nyobe

Elise Ngo Nyobe is a lawyer at the Cameroonian Bar and a partner at Amadagana & Partners. She is involved in corporate transactions, project financing and projects in the mining sector. She also advises on transactions carried out in several OHADA member countries. More specifically, she participates in negotiations between mining companies and government entities to obtain mining permits, licences and other issues related to mining law. She provides strategic financial and commercial advice, risk analysis, designs and implements tenders, and analyses, prepares and negotiates contracts, licences, concessions and ancillary agreements.
